The Necessary Additives

 

 

   If you want to prepare appetizing risotto pot, it is necessary to know not only the basic recipe, but also some details. The dish will turn out tasty, if to prepare it in pots or in one big pot.    Mushroom risotto: To prepare mushroom risotto extinguish 400 g any mushrooms in oil (butter is possible) and add in risott?, prepared on the basic recipe in the end of cooking.

   Green peas, asparagus and lemon: Add peas, tops of an asparagus in length some centimeters and a grated dried peel of a lemon10 minutes prior to readiness.
   Blue cheese and beans: To boil fresh beans within several minutes, to throw cold water and clear of a peel. The bright green gentle bean should disappear inside. In ready risotto add beans, cubes of blue cheese, parsley and shnitt-onion.
Rosemary and pumpkin: To fry on a frying-pan 350 g pumpkin cut in small slices with 2 branches of rosemary and the whole sprocket of garlic within 20 minutes. Get rosemary and garlic and add it with the first portion of a broth.
   Beet and sour cream: It is especially tasty with fish. It turns out very effective bright risotto pot. To fry small pressed garlic with small cut onion and 110 g the beet grated crude and cleared of a peel. To add in risotto pot 5 minutes prior to readiness. Before serve, adding in this dish 2 spoons of sour cream or a fresh-cream.
